County of Iredell issued the following announcement on March 7.
NC General Statute 163-128 allows County Boards of Elections to alter voting places, as it may deem expedient.
On January 25, 2023, the Iredell County Board of Elections unanimously adopted a resolution to approve two polling place changes.
Davidson 2B (DV2B-1) Precinct will now vote at
Community Baptist Church
274 Langtree Road Mooresville 28117
former location was Fairview Methodist Church, 1430 Mecklenburg Hwy
Fallstown (FT) Precinct will now vote at
Iredell Statesville Schools Career and Technical School (Facilities and Maintenance Building), 350 Old Murdock Road Troutman, NC 28166
former location was Troutman Baptist Church, 305 Perry Road
All affected voters will be mailed a voter card alerting them of the change.
This change will be effective for the 2023 Municipal elections and for all future elections.
