Troutman Parks and Recreation issued the following announcement on Aug. 14.
Wear your costume, and come trick-or-treat with local businesses and non-profits on the paved trail within Troutman ESC Park. No fee to participate. Safe, family fun! Halloween Day, 4pm-6pm. plenty of parking within ESC Park on our new parking lot.

(due to the unknown, unprecedented, and ever-changing nature of COVID-19 and the manner in which it affects large gatherings and community events, this event can be cancelled at any time.
