TOWN OF DAVIDSON: BOC Begins Building Strategic Plan This Week

Town of Davidson issued the following announcement on Mar. 1.

The Davidson Comprehensive Plan sets the community’s vision for what they want to see for our town for the next 10-15 years. Based on this overarching document, the mayor and board of commissioners will develop their strategic plan – the initiatives they want to focus on during their two-year terms. The board starts the process of creating their new strategic plan this week. Check out where we are on all the important community-identified priorities by reviewing the Implementation Guidebook on the town’s website, and stay tuned over the next few weeks to learn more about what the current board’s strategic plan will focus on moving forward!
