Town of Troutman Parks and Recreation Department issued the following announcement on Sept. 12.
Wear your costume, and come trick-or-treat with local businesses and non-profits on the paved trail within Troutman ESC Park. No fee to participate.
Safe, family fun!
10/31-Halloween Day, 4pm-6pm
