TOWN OF DAVIDSON: Application Forms for Christmas in Davidson Now Available

Town of Davidson issued the following announcement on Sept. 5.

The Town of Davidson announces that applications for Christmas in Davidson, one of its signature events, are now available online. Christmas in Davidson will take place:

  • Thursday, December 1, 
  • Friday, December 2, and 
  • Saturday, December 3 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. 
Applications for the following are all available at www.christmasindavidson.com:

  • Event sponsorship (more below)
  • Food vendors
  • Artisan vendors
  • Entertainment 
Christmas in Davidson sponsorships are available at the following levels:

  • Presenting Sponsor: $5,000 
  • Activity Sponsor: $1,500
  • Elf Sponsor: $500
  • Reindeer Sponsor: $250
The benefits of each sponsorship level are listed at www.christmasindavidson.com. 

Trolley service from neighborhoods and remote parking areas will resume this year. Updated maps will be posted at www.christmasindavidson.com by November 1.

“Christmas in Davidson is an event started by our business community 35 years ago to celebrate the season,” said Economic Development Director Kim Fleming. “As our core values state, ‘the physical, social and intellectual well-being of Davidson citizens is fundamental to our community, so we will provide and encourage enjoyable, safe, and affordable recreational and cultural opportunities in town,’ so we’re pleased to sponsor this signature event again this year.”
