Two items have been removed from the Planning Board meeting scheduled for the evening at Town Hall.
Agenda Item 4.a: Continue the public hearing for a Planned Development District (PDD-2022-01: Mecklenburg Hwy/Timber Rd) request from Templeton Family, LLC; Brenda Bass; Terry Tiller; & Mooresville BRT I, LLC to July 14, 2022.
Agenda Item 8.a: Consider Conditional Rezoning Request (CZ-2022-10) from Iredell County for a site located off of Bluefield Rd (former Iredell Outdoor Recreation Center) Consider a Conditional Zoning Request (CZ-2022-10): Bluefield Rd (former Iredell Outdoor Recreation Center) from Iredell County for a 43.7-acre site to go from Iredell County Residential Agricultural (RA) to Town of Mooresville Conditional Traditional Neighborhood (C-TN).
