The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate David Payne Parker, Vote Parker, refunded $182 to Emily Cox on September 6, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Vote Parker refunded $1,182 total since April 1.
