The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate David Payne Parker, Vote Parker, refunded $1,000 to Thomas C. Manning on August 24, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Vote Parker refunded $1,000 total since March 1.
