Iredell County recently issued the following announcement.
Cardio/Stretch Fitness Class
Thursday, August 13, 2020
Strengthen your heart and lungs while increasing your flexibility during this class that blends the two. Max of 25 participants, may sign up for one session per week. Reservations required and may be made a week in advance. To make reservation call 704-878-3103. Restrooms available. Bring a water bottle. Physical distancing of 6 feet is required due to COVID-19 guidelines. Masks required when not being physically active. CDC guidelines will be followed.
