Sharon Lutheran Church recently issued the following announcement.
From our NC Bishop: Breaking: NC Gov Cooper extends pause in Phase 2 for at least 5 more weeks. Once again, since the NC Synod Re-gathering recommendations are phase dependent, the Phase 2 basic recommendation for congregations of gatherings of no more than 10 indoors and 25 outdoors remains in place through at least Sep 11. Yes, congregations make their own final decisions, but we continue to urge caution, patience, and restraint through this opening up of schools and as we continue to do all we can to push threatening trends downward. Yes, it's hard. So hard.
