The Town of Troutman Town Council will hold a Special Meeting for the purpose of conducting public hearings at Town Hall, 400 N Eastway Dr, Troutman, NC on the 30th day of March, 2020 at 5:00 PM for the following purposes:
Annexation:
• To consider an Annexation Request (AX-20-01) (Non-Contiguous), Project Name: Redwood Troutman; Applicant: Redwood Living, Inc. on behalf of owner Brian D. Fletcher; 12.35 acres +/-, located near the northeast quadrant of US 21/South Main Street and Ostwalt Amity Road (SR1001) at PIN# 4740788745 and PIN# 4740880763.
Rezoning:
• To consider a Rezoning Request (RZ-20-02), Project Name: Redwood Troutman Applicant: Redwood Living, Inc. on behalf of owner Brian D. Fletcher; 12.35 acres +/-, located near the northeast quadrant of US 21/South Main Street and Ostwalt Amity Road (SR1001) at PIN# 4740788745 and PIN# 4740880763, from Iredell County General Business-Conditional District (GB-CD) to Town of Troutman Highway Business (HB).
Text Amendment:
• To consider a Text Amendment (TA-20-02): to remove a Use and Standards from Sections 3.3.1, 3.4 and 13.3 of the Unified Development Ordinance related to Truck Parking and Maintenance.
