Town of Troutman recently issued the following announcement on Jan. 23.
The Town of Troutman Board of Adjustment (BOA) will conduct a public hearing at the Troutman Town Hall, 400 North Eastway Dr., Troutman, NC on the 29th day of January, 2018 at 4:00 PM for the following purpose:
To consider an appeal of a Zoning Administration Decision/denial of sign permit (APL-20-01; New Life Missionary Baptist Church) at 571 S. Main St (PIN 4741424214). The BOA will receive testimony regarding the appeal and make a decision to reverse or affirm, wholly or partly, or may modify the order, requirement, decision or determination appealed or make an interpretation of the Unified Development Ordinance.
