On Thursday, May 8, former West Iredell High School standout Kaylee Chapman’s current college team, the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears, won 9-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters.

The game took place at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Railsplitters this season.

The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 9 at 12 p.m. at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium against North Georgia Nighthawks.
