On Friday, Jan. 31, former West Iredell High School standout Kaylee Chapman’s current college team, the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears, lost 9-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Central Oklahoma Bronchos.

The game took place at Gulf Shores Sportsplex. This was their first matchup against the Bronchos this season.

The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1 at 4 p.m. at Gulf Shores Sportsplex against Auburn Montgomery Warhawks.
