County of Iredell issued the following announcement on Jan. 25.
Are you the parent of a homeschooler and looking for physical activities for your child? ICRC is offers a PE class for homeschoolers similar to that of traditional school. Kids will experience age-appropriate activities including gym and field games, relays, strength conditioning and group exercise classes.

The Iredell County Department of Social Services (DSS) is asking for community support for the Lonely Children’s Fund, a program that has supported foster children since 1960.
Many Iredell County government offices and services will be closed on November 27 and 28, 2025, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
If you have visited the Iredell County Health Department’s dental clinic, you may have met Julia Stewart, the general receptionist who manages the front office.
